ABOUT THE DRAYTONES

After working hard to catch the attention of national radio and MTV Latin America the band secured a 5 week tour of Argentina, including their now historic tour of The Falkland Islands - becoming the first ever Anglo-Argentine band to do so. The tour caught the attention of the media world-wide, including several major South American news networks and a feature on Argentine evening news seen by over 15 million people. This tour was also filmed and audio of performances recorded in conjunction with media companies based in Argentina to create a documentary film of the trip to the islands and live performance album. The band is working with Personal (an Argentine telecom giant) in the distribution of this ground breaking story to bring The Draytones mission of friendship and communication between UK and Argentina to the world.
